Numbskull – Help a Skeleton Find Its Missing Head
Numbskull is a Halloween-themed puzzle game featuring a skeleton with a missing head. The skull rests somewhere inside a castle, and your task is to guide it back to the skeleton’s body.
You cannot simply pick up the skull and carry it across the screen. Instead, you must move parts of the surrounding puzzle to create a safe path.
The game contains 50 levels filled with rotating blocks, unusual objects, and tricky arrangements.
A Strange Puzzle Inside the Castle
Each level in Numbskull presents a different arrangement of blocks. The skeleton waits in one area while its skull sits somewhere else.
Your task involves changing the positions of the blocks so the skull can roll toward its body.
You can select sections of the puzzle with your mouse and rotate them. This changes the layout and allows the skull to move in a new direction.
The skull follows the path created by your movements. Careful planning helps you avoid getting stuck.
Discover Different Types of Blocks
Numbskull introduces several special blocks as you move through the levels.
Regular blocks help you change the shape of the path. Conveyor blocks can carry the skull in a particular direction.
Some puzzles also include pipes. Connecting the pipe pieces allows the skull to travel through them and appear at another opening.
Other blocks can change the direction of rotation. Some even affect the entire castle.
Each new object adds another challenge to the puzzle.
Avoid Dangerous Objects
Not everything inside the castle helps the skeleton.
Certain levels contain dangerous objects that can end your attempt. Electrified blocks create hazards, while pumpkins can cause trouble when they land on the skeleton’s body.
You need to think about where the skull will travel before moving a section of the puzzle.
One wrong rotation can send the skull into an unwanted area.
Think Before Moving the Blocks
Start by finding the skull and the waiting skeleton. Look at the spaces between them and work out a possible route.
Pay attention to special blocks and how they affect movement.
Rotating one section may solve part of the puzzle but create a new problem somewhere else. Take time to study the whole arrangement.
Numbskull becomes more challenging as the levels introduce different objects and larger puzzles.
The spooky castle setting gives the game a playful Halloween feeling. Its main challenge comes from planning movements, understanding the blocks, and finding a safe way to reunite the skeleton with its head.
